3v3 Youth Basketball - Players will further their fundamentals and skills in a 3v3 setting. Teams (1st-6th grade) will practice once a week.
Volleyball - Volleyball at the YMCA provides youth with low-pressure opportunities to learn the rules and fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment.
Happy Hoops - Preschool boys & girls ages 4 & 5 years old. Teaching basic fundamentals such as passing, shooting, dribbling and playing defense.
NFL Flag Football - The ultimate flag football experience with NFL Flag Football at the Siouxland YMCA—open to boys and girls in Kindergarten through 9th grade! As an official NFL Flag program, our league combines the excitement of football with the safety of a non-contact sport, plus all the fun and character-building you expect from the Y.
