Powerful Tools for Caregivers of Children with Special Health and Behavioral Needs is an evidence-based program designed to help parents, guardians, and caregivers reduce stress, improve communication, build confidence, and develop practical caregiving skills while supporting children with special health or behavioral needs.

Iowa foster parent training credit is available for eligible foster parents who complete the program.
Participants gain proven tools, practical strategies, and support from others who understand the caregiving journey.
